Internal company SOPs, legal contracts, and financial records cannot simply be uploaded to public consumer tools. Enterprise RAG requires ironclad security, role-based filtering, and exact source verifiability.

1. Zero Data Retention Endpoints

We integrate exclusively with enterprise-tier API endpoints configured for 0-day retention and explicit exemption from public model training datasets.

2. Hybrid Retrieval (Dense Vector + BM25 Sparse Search)

Vector similarity alone struggles with exact part numbers, contract clauses, and employee IDs. We combine PostgreSQL pgvector embeddings with BM25 sparse keyword matching via reciprocal rank fusion (RRF). Retrieval accuracy increases from ~72% to over 96%.

3. Exact Page & Line Number Citations

Every response generated by the assistant cites the exact PDF page, paragraph, and line number. If the answer cannot be verified directly in the internal knowledge store, the model explicitly responds with 'Information not found in verified documents' rather than hallucinating an answer.
